Women with Ambition
Through small, action-based group discussions, Women with Ambition provides a space for mid-career Irish women working in many industries and living in the New York and Tri-State area to huddle together to connect more deeply, form a meaningful network, and take some time to focus on intentional self-development.
Women with Ambition is breaking down the stigma enshrouding women who want to set their goals high and become strong future leaders.
Even today, there remains a stigma around the image of an “ambitious woman” -- but, why? What is so wrong with a woman exhibiting fierce ambition? Women with Ambition explores these questions, and most importantly provides members with a platform to see ambition as a positive and empowering quality. While we pursue our individual goals, collectively we create a community that is redefining ambition together.
Women with Ambition’s group sessions, networking events and expert guest speakers enhance confidence, uplift members, and open our eyes to enriching paths we may not have ever considered before.
